Drew Heffner

Drew A. Heffner, is a graduate of Washington University School of Law and Colby College in Waterville Maine. He has twenty years of legal experience representing municipal entities. In addition to his work with Banjak & Associates, Drew serves as associate general counsel for True Title Company, LLC, a St. Louis-based title insurance agency providing a full range of title and closing services in commercial and residential real estate. Drew started his legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney before joining the St. Louis City Counselor’s Office. Drew has also served as an Associate County Counselor for St. Charles County where he was lead counselor to the St. Charles County Department of Correction and the St. Charles County Election Authority. During his time representing St. Charles County, Drew also served as a Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the St. Charles County’s Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. His legal experience ranges from civil rights defense to contract negotiation. Drew looks forward to utilizing his broad range of legal experience to assist clients with their real estate, small business and estate planning needs.
